Cat champions the simple pleasures of stories and play. She works extensively within education, as both a performer and writer. She is a member of Academi’s Writers on Tour Scheme, so generous funding is available for schools in Wales. Please ask!

Shine! (Nursery – Year 2)

Stories, songs, rhymes, emotional play and literacy work based on the theme of light. Designed to brighten up the dark days of winter. Terms 1 & 2

Once Upon A Rhyme (Nursery – Year 2)

A hugely popular workshop featuring stories, songs, games, action rhymes and literacy work based upon famous fairy tales. Especially popular in Term 2 but available all the year round.

After a village theatre performanceCat’s Tales (Nursery – Year 6)

Enchanting, magical tales to teach children how to live in this wonderful, confusing, perilous, fascinating, wild, glorious, teeming, colourful, ancient, modern and beautiful world we share. Available all year round.

Gawain and the Green Knight (Years 5 & 6)

One of the treasures of medieval literature, the tale of Sir Gawain combines elements of English ‘Green Man’ folklore with Arthurian legend. Available either as a solo telling or with added Green Knight, followed by 2 x 1 hour creative writing workshops on the theme of The Quest. Available all year. See Storytelling Shows for more details.
