I’m preparing for one of my FAVOURITE festivals – Beyond the Border International Storytelling Festival. www.beyondtheborder.com It takes place in the grounds of a fabulous fairytale castle, right by the sea at St Donat’s in South Wales. Not far from Cardiff.
There will be storytellers and musicians from all around the world… It’s wonderful! I think it’s the fourth or fifth time I’ve performed there.
This year I will be telling HOW TO BE GLORIOUS and giving a world premiere performance of BLUEBEARD – late night, adults only!
The festival takes place from 29 June – July 1.
just wanted to say what an amazing performance Bluebeard was… didnt get time to write in comments book. we nearly went to the party…so so glad we didnt miss your premiere…I was scared to go down the spiral staircase to the dungeon toilets after the show! thanks again
I had a heart stopping moment when I opened the door to my room in the halls of residence and found it in complete darkness… It’s a bit much when you scare yourself :-)) So glad you enjoyed the show; I was very pleased with how it went. It’s always tough when you do a new show – especially at somewhere like BtB. I feel relieved and elated in equal measure!
